Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic communications expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in enhancing Alstoms brand visibility and reputation in the United States. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as sales leadership and global communications) develop tailored messaging for diverse audiences and much more.
Well look to you for:
Deploying and adapting the US communications plan to the regional level ensuring alignment with national and Americas-wide messaging.
Building and maintaining strong media relationships and serving as the main contact for local journalists.
Creating engaging content for various channels including social media articles and presentations.
Organizing events site visits and exhibitions to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Ensuring compliance with Alstoms brand guidelines in all communications materials.
Managing internal communications and fostering employee engagement.
Overseeing the regional communications budget and tracking performance metrics.
Supporting crisis communications and issues management as needed.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align communications with business objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing communications performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Bachelors degree in communications marketing journalism public relations or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in communications with strong media relations skills.
Track record in content creation editorial planning and social media management.
Experience in crisis communications and issues management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative storytelling and visual communication instincts.
Familiarity with integrated communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of event planning and execution including site visits and exhibitions.
Ability to adapt and align regional communications with national and global messaging.
