Dolby is a global leader in providing audio and imaging solutions that create spectacular experiences on a range of diverse hardware and software platforms. As such Dolby technology is exposed to non-licensed use which includes but is not limited to software piracy and intellectual property (IP) thievery.
You will be part of a team responsible for creating solutions to protect Dolbys IP and applying them in Dolby as a senior security engineer you will be responsible for IP protection solutions from implementation to validation and integration into products.
Essential Job Functions
- Contribute to threat modelling and IP protection designs for various Dolby products
- Implement verify and validate IP protection mechanisms
- Work swiftly in embedded environment at the verge of operating system applications and hardware
Required Education & Skills
- 5 years of professionalexperience in software security domain
- proficiency in C C and Python programming
- professional experience with at least one cryptographic implementation (e.g. crypto mbedTLS openSSL etc.)
- solid knowledge of applied cryptography
- solid understanding ofsecure processing and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE)
- hands-onexperience in SW reverse engineering
- solidunderstanding ofexecutablebinary formats and their internals
- solidunderstanding of operating systems internals
- solid handling of disassemblers/decompilers debuggers emulators virtual machines
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- good command of English (written and spoken)
- Nice to have: CTF player security research DIY electronics/robotics
