We are seeking aMedical Director specializing in Addiction Medicine to lead their substance use treatment program in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx NY. This leadership position requires specialized training in addiction medicine and offers competitive compensation with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications
- Education:MD or DO with completed Addiction Medicine Fellowship
- Licensure:Active New York State Medical License
- Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in addiction medicine; leadership experience preferred
- Requirements:Active Medicaid provider number; Active DEA certification
- Language:Spanish proficiency preferred
- Technical Skills:Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities program development
- Soft Skills:Leadership cultural competence empathy strong communication collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the addiction medicine program
- Develop and implement treatment protocols and quality standards
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide direct patient care including medication-assisted treatment
- Maintain active Medicaid provider status and DEA certification
- Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
- Ensure culturally competent care for a diverse patient population
