職務概要
職種名Sales Ops Business Partner Specialist

このポジションは営業部門と密接に連携し業績に関するインサイトを提供し収益向上に向けたアクションを提案する役割です
標準化されたプロセスやシステムを活用し効率的な営業支援を行います
業務内容
Revenue Operationsとして営業や会社全体に関わるKPIのレポートを作成しマネージメントが経営判断するための資料作成を行う重要なポジションです
マネージメントチームやSales VPのTrusted Partnerとしての役割が期待されます
Pipelineレポート作成
All Employees Meeting/Board Meeting等の資料作成
Salesforceにて翌年度のテリトリーアサインや営業組織等の設定
翌年のKPI設定のための資料作成やそれに関わるマネージメントサポート
営業のQuota settingやコミッション等に関する設定やサポート
その他Revenue Operations業務
配属部署働く環境
SAPジャパンコンカージャパン合同のRevenue Operationsチームに所属しながらコンカージャパンのRevenue Operation業務を担当していただきます
コンカージャパンのメンバーはもちろんのことGlobalのコンカーメンバーやSAPの関連チームとも連携して業務を進めていただきます
Global Revenue Operationsの一員としてGTM戦略や標準業務プロセスの展開実行を推進するとともにデータやツールを活用してビジネス成長を加速させるミッションを担います
営業関連のみならず全社横断的なPJ等の戦略策定から効果測定までを担うこともあり経営陣や部門長などマネジメントとの連携が多い部門です
東京大手町丸の内オフィスを拠点とした週3出社とリモートワークのハイブリッド勤務となります
求める人財像
スキル経験
英語TOEIC 850点以上グローバルのメンバーと連携しDiscussionできるSpeaking力
Revenue Operation業務もしくは類似業務のの経験5年以上応相談
Sales Analystの経験が望ましい
外資IT業界での経験があると尚良い
エクセルでの分析やマネージメント向けPPT資料作成のスキル
Salesforceの利用経験が望ましいなくてもシステムに強くあればOK

前向きで自分で考え行動できる方
コミュニケーション連携段取りが上手な方サポーティブな方
