This is a pivotal role for Mews as we integrate our recently acquired RMS capabilities through Atomize. Youll be the expert that supports our hotel clients in configuring using and troubleshooting our RMS software working closely with hotel revenue managers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and value delivery. The objective is to enhance customer lifetime value through expert guidance and support.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Support customers acting as the resource on product and RM knowledge helping resolve customers challenges
- Recognize patterns/trends with incoming ticket issues and act as subject-matter expert as necessary
- Proactively offer product insights and solutions to issues and implement either manual or automated solutions that best suit customers needs
- Create client-facing presentations with product demonstrations and proposed solutions for technical complaints or concerns
- Participate in and contribute to customer-facing meetings such as Customer Success Planning sessions workshops and/or Business Reviews
- Utilize every opportunity and experience to create a customer for life; own the escalation point for any Revenue Management knowledge and strategy issues impacting the customers experience
- Look for opportunities to offer additional services or functionalities to further enhance the customers experience
- Collect create and maintain updated the necessary documentation for customer facing purposes and internal SOPs
- As Subject Matter Expert on RM share knowledge with team members actively participating in helping Mews colleagues grow
- Collaborate internally and externally to improve processes and promote self-service culture among the RMS customer base.
- When required assist customers in setting up their RMS accounts ensuring the setting and tool is optimized to achieve the best performance possible in the price recommendations
- When requested collaborate with the Support Analyst team to remove RMS cases backlog ensuring RMS SLAs are met and customer satisfaction with the RMS product and service
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 4 years of revenue management experience in a functional consulting or hotel revenue role (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of hotel revenue management principles and data flows (rates availability pickup comp sets)
- Familiarity with hotel technology systems (e.g. Opera SynXis Mews Siteminder TravelClick etc.)
- Strong understanding of distribution setup and commercial outputs of those
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable with working on web-based platforms
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus);
- Previous RMS experience as user
- PMS RMS and Distribution systems implementation experience
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus especially German)
