About the Role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary Full Time Associate Director Productivity Applicationsto join our dynamic Internal Customer Experience Productivity Applications team.
The goal of the Productivity Applications team is to be influential change agents and enablers of a consumer experience for Canadian Blood Services employees to help deliver exceptional business solutions.
Reporting to the Director Internal Customer Experience you will be accountable for a varied portfolio of applications that enable many business functions including quality management finance human resources supply chain legal administration communications and stakeholder relations. You will be expected to develop and evolve a forward-looking strategy that embodies on-premises commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications hosted applications cloud-based SaaS applications and custom developed applications.
