Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based $66/hr School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support schools in Lakewood WA for the 202526 school year. This is a floating role working across multiple schools ideal for someone who enjoys variety and making an impact across diverse student populations.

Position Highlights:

$66 per hour
Full school-year contract (202526)
Float between multiple schools for a dynamic work experience
Supportive district team and collaborative school environment

Responsibilities:

Provide speech language and communication therapy services to students.
Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Work with teachers families and school staff to support student success.
Deliver therapy in group and one-on-one settings.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certificate (or eligibility)
Prior school-based experience preferred but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and organizational skills
