What you will do -
As the Process lead of Inventory you will support various inventory pools by helping coordinate equipment traveling to and from events assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and document / improve processes.
Create and execute the schedule based on customer needs FIFO priority with little guidance (ex: print requests verify content add to outbound requests)
Review volume bandwidth and staffing to appropriately allocate labor towards each days goals. Analyze and execute prioritization requests from multiple sources
Help maintain inventory (Ex: bulk orders cycle counts purchasing/Coupa)
Maintain and improve current documents related to process
Collaborate and communicate across teams to maintain inventory (Ex: emails to sales Field Inventory in-house BUs- missing product upcoming returns replacement program)
First line of defense for troubleshooting including but not limited to; equipment quality and process issues (Ex: investigations into issues)
Support onboarding/training of all employees and provide real time feedback with coworkers in appropriate manner
Track/maintain all current metrics (including errors)
What you need
Required
High School Diploma
Five (5) years relevant work experience
Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds occasionally
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with Dangerous Goods regulations (49CFR IATA IMO)
Experience in shipping/receiving
Handling/evaluation of medical devices
Travel Percentage: 10%
