We are looking for aSenior ACMV/ HVAC Engineerto lead mechanical systems operations at a healthcare facility. Youll oversee a team of junior engineers technical officers and technicians ensuring reliable system performance safe work practices and excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of ACMV and mechanical systems
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders and manage vendor performance
- Support emergency preparedness site inspections and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare or critical environments
- Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems (Chillers AHUs VRV BMS etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- GMAP or SCEM certification is a plus
