Role type: Maximum-Term Full-Time Maternity Leave Backfill (until February 2027)

Salary: $127150.00- $144444.00 super salary packaging

About the role
Lead a diverse multidisciplinary team across Stimulant Services ADSOutpatient Burton Street Centre Youth Service and Assertive Community Management teams.
Drive innovative client-centred care and oversee day-to-day operations to meet quality financial and performance targets.
Shape new models of care and champion quality improvement across St Vincents Alcohol and Drug Service.
Represent ADS at key committees and sector forums to influence service delivery and policy direction.
Make a real difference in the lives of people affected by alcohol and drug use while delivering on our Mission objectives.
About you
Qualified & experienced tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline (or equivalent experience) with deep knowledge of drug and alcohol policy treatment and harm-minimization approaches.
Proven leader strong track record managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams driving day-to-day operations and quality improvement projects.
Clinical insight & innovation experience in contemporary drug and alcohol treatment including counselling brief interventions and pharmacotherapy and contributing to policy and service development.
Excellent communicator confident negotiator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills able to build relationships with patients staff and external stakeholders.
Organized & adaptable exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing workloads in a complex fast-paced environment.
