Digital Asset Manager

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the DAM platform (Frontify) ensuring accurate labeling tagging categorization and secure storage. Manage user accounts roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels and security across the DAM platform
- Provide training and ongoing support to users enhancing ease of access and use across internal teams
- Regularly audit the DAM to ensure assets are current accurate and compliant with brand standards
- Verify assets metadata for searchability accessibility and adherence to naming conventions
- Collaborate with the ManagerSystems Operations to develop document and implement efficient SOPs for digital asset management and other operational processes
- Maintain clear accessible documentation and user guides for the DAM system
- Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to understand asset management needs and continuously refine DAM processes
- Support team members in troubleshooting DAM-related issues proactively identifying and solving operational gaps
- Generate regular reports on DAM usage asset lifecycle and system performance to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems (experience with Frontify highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of metadata taxonomy and digital asset lifecycle management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills able to effectively train support and engage users at varying technical levels
- Proficient in developing clear actionable documentation and SOPs
- Adaptable and proactive capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity withenterprise-level cloud storage platforms such as (preferred) or Dropbox

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
