Are you a Project Engineer ready to take on more ownership and responsibility This is a rare opportunity to step into a Sr. Project Engineer role with a well-established local General Contractor with $100M in annual revenue and a strong pipeline of multifamily self-storage and retail projects.

As a Sr. PE youll not only manage key components of major projects but also gain hands-on mentorship from some of the top Project Managers in the industrygiving you the experience and guidance to grow into a Project Manager role and beyond. This is a high-impact position offering both immediate responsibility and long-term career development.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of major aspects of projects ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
Collaborate with Project Architects Designers Owners and field teams.
Lead RFIs submittals and project documentation.
Inspect and track project progress for compliance with plans budget and schedule.
Manage subcontractors and support buyouts.
Oversee quality control metrics and provide timely reporting.
Assist with punch list and closeout processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
Experience on multi-story projects such as multifamily office self-storage or high-rise.
Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
