Sr. Project Engineer Commercial Construction

Are you a Project Engineer ready to take on more ownership and responsibility This is a rare opportunity to step into a Sr. Project Engineer role with a well-established local General Contractor with $100M in annual revenue and a strong pipeline of multifamily self-storage and retail projects.
As a Sr. PE youll not only manage key components of major projects but also gain hands-on mentorship from some of the top Project Managers in the industrygiving you the experience and guidance to grow into a Project Manager role and beyond. This is a high-impact position offering both immediate responsibility and long-term career development.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of major aspects of projects ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Collaborate with Project Architects Designers Owners and field teams.
- Lead RFIs submittals and project documentation.
- Inspect and track project progress for compliance with plans budget and schedule.
- Manage subcontractors and support buyouts.
- Oversee quality control metrics and provide timely reporting.
- Assist with punch list and closeout processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
- Experience on multi-story projects such as multifamily office self-storage or high-rise.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
