Deliver High-Quality Student-Centered Instruction
Assess and Support Student Learning
Contribute to Program Development and Professional Growth
At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks software.
At least 2 years of experience in the field-specific to business/technology preferred.
Appropriate degree certifications or experience to effectively instruct Business & Computer classes or work experience related to instruction
Strong familiarity with student training needs and achieving learning outcomes
Knowledge and/or familiarity with adult learning methodology
Ability to adapt to a variety of teaching methodologies including lectures group activities individual instruction distance learning and teaching with technology
Proficiency in usage of internet email word processing spreadsheet and presentation software applications
*The Industry Teacher Business and Computers (QuickBooks) will teach evening courses to non-degree seeking students in QuickBooks Online Plus software typically three-hour sessions two nights a week over the course of 3 - 4 weeks.
** Successful candidates are required to reside in Idaho by the first day of work for the College of Western Idaho.
