DescriptionJob Summary:Assists in determining lines of credit for customers; performing collection calls on past due merchandise/institutional accounts; collaborating cooperatively with customers and the clientspersonnel to secure payment. Must be able to manage collections on all types of accounts (merchandise/equipment/institutional) with a concentration in all Strategic Market involvement.
Duties and Responsibilities - Strategic Markets
- Main responsibilities encompass all aspects of Strategic Markets including Large Group Mid-Market Institutions Government CHC and Schools.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills while serving as one of clients main Strategic Market collections advocates.
- Efficiently follows up with Strategic Market Field Directors Regional Sales Managers and Territory Representatives regarding customer account status.
- Performs check processing and the remittance posting on accounts.
- Effectively performs account reconciliations.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Strategic Market CFS team.
- Assists in reducing financial risks by requesting credit reports/references on new accounts to determine credit worthiness and the appropriate issuing of terms and credit limits per established policy guidelines.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Preferably 2 years of experience in customer finance support role.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent verbal & written communication customer service and computer skills
- Previous credit and collections experience preferred.
- Exhibits strong Word Excel and Qlik Sense skills and other RPA programs.
