An important interesting and varied administrative role has become available in the Looked After Childrens Community Family Work contact Service.
As a Senior Business Administrator (SBA) you will be part of an experienced team of Senior Business Administrators Community Family Workers Senior Social Workers and Practice Manager. The Looked After Childrens Community Family Work (contact) Service is responsible for the countywide provision of supervised contact between children and their birth families reunification family support and life stories.
You can expect to undertake tasks including telephone and email liaison with external and internal service users. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and accuracy is vital to ensure the maintenance of efficient and accurate data. You will participate within and take minutes of local team meetings draft letters upload information onto departmental systems and work with the Practice Manager and Business Support Officer to support local financial processes and procurement.
The role includes the below duties:
We are seeking full-time applicants 8.30am -5pm Monday to Friday. Part-time applicants would be considered for three or more full days per week. Term-time contracts are unavailable for this post.
The role requires friendliness warmth and for you to be a great communicator working with confidential and sensitive information using discretion and professionalism. You will need flexibility drive and initiative to prioritise and organise your workload while meeting urgent demands of the service.
