Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
- Helping to design plan execute and evaluate promotional plans and strategies for customers and channels together with Sales designed to unlock category and brand growth
- Developing and executing launch of campaigns close follow up on results for the new products
- Actively working with brand assortment in order to keep highly competitive portfolio and drive new business opportunities
- Participating on deployment of multichannel and digital brand strategy as defined by CEE/Global guidelines
- Coordinating and driving POS planning production implementation and evaluation processes across the channel and key customers for given brands
- Developing and proposing brand planograms in line with global recommendations
- Regularly analysing available market data drawing conclusions and recommending directions for improving the brands performance
- Analysing competitive activities including prices new product launches consumer and trade promotions

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of professional experience in trade/sales/ customer/ shopper marketing
- Analytical skills and problem solving ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans
- Well-organized while working on different tasks and projects
- Responsible own it-drive it attitude and strong team spirit
- Strong communication skills and strategic mindset
- Attention to details and quality of delivered work
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Very good command of English language (writing speaking reading)
