Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Implementation of MBIST and Scan
Please provide LEC and SDC scripts for the purpose of Formal Verification and Timing Constraint Check.
Engage in discussions with Test Engineers to devise solutions for DFT testing.

Requirements

Graduated in EE or related Engineering
At least 5 years of experience.
DFT Design Engineer - MBIST / SCAN
2. Proficient in programming skills and UNIX shell.
Familiar with Verilog/RTL
