Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team at Nitex. As an Order Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system and ensuring timely processing. This role plays a crucial part in our operations and requires strong attention to detail.

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the Order Processing Manager to prioritize orders
  • Maintain order records and files

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience in order entry or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
