Job Description

School Psychologist Immediate Interviewing!

Our Organization is actively seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the mental and emotional well-being of young learners within a vibrant elementary school setting.

In this role youll be a key member of the student support team working to reduce health-related barriers to academic success and promote full classroom participation. Youll deliver school-based mental health services that help foster a positive inclusive learning environment and empower students to thrive both academically and personally.

Position Brief:

Help students build self-awareness resilience and communication skills.
Observe students in classrooms and school environments to gather critical data for intervention planning.
Collaborate with staff and families to implement effective support strategies and improve student outcomes.
Provide counseling and skills-based instruction to support students dealing with emotional behavioral or social difficulties.

This is a unique opportunity for a School Psychologist who values early intervention teamwork and creating environments where all students feel seen supported and empowered. NCSP credential preferred but not required.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal assessment and collaborative skills.
Valid Illinois School Psychologist certification or eligibility.
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field.
