Supervise and lead the instrumentation team in performing preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance on plant instrumentation and control systems. Plan assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks related to field instruments (pressure flow level temperature sensors) analyzers (pH ORP DO) actuated valves and control panels. Ensure all instrumentation is calibrated tested and maintained in accordance with OEM specifications and plant standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs SCADA systems and process automation devices. Review maintenance reports calibration logs loop diagrams and system schematics. Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental (HSE) procedures during maintenance activities. Coordinate with electrical mechanical and operations teams for integrated plant maintenance. Assist in installation commissioning and upgrading of instrumentation systems and automation projects. Identify spare part requirements manage inventory and initiate procurement of essential tools and components. Train and mentor junior technicians and foremen in instrumentation best practices. Report maintenance performance issues and improvement recommendations to the Maintenance Manager or Instrumentation Engineer. Education: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Electronics or related engineering discipline. Experience: Minimum 610 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance with at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferably in sewage or water treatment plants. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of field instrumentation and process control systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs loop diagrams and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with PLCs SCADA/DCS systems and industrial automation. Skilled in calibration signal testing and diagnostics of instruments.
