Job Description:

We seek an experienced and visionary Hindi Head of Department (HOD) to lead our Hindi faculty in delivering a high-standard curriculum in line with CBSE guidelines. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum development mentor teachers and drive innovative teaching methodologies to enhance students linguistic and literary skills.

Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Hindi department ensuring alignment with CBSE standards.
  
• Curriculum Development: Design implement and review Hindi language and literature curricula to enhance students linguistic skills.
  
• Faculty Mentorship: Guide and mentor Hindi teachers in lesson planning assessment strategies and innovative teaching methodologies.
  
• Student Achievement: Monitor student performance implement interventions for academic improvement and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
  
• Professional Development: Organize training sessions and workshops for faculty members to stay updated with the latest teaching techniques.
  
• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Oversee lesson plans teaching methodologies and assessment frameworks to ensure excellence in classroom instruction.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads school leadership and parents to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
  
• Extracurricular Activities: Lead literary activities Hindi club initiatives and cultural programs to promote language appreciation.
  
• Classroom Discipline & Policies: Enforce school policies and disciplinary systems to maintain a structured and positive learning environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Master Level: 10 years of teaching experience with a Postgraduate degree in Hindi and . with expertise in curriculum planning and instructional leadership.
  
• Developer Level: 12 years of experience with a Postgraduate degree in Hindi and . or . specializing in Hindi curriculum design faculty training and departmental leadership.
  

Screening Process:

• Written Test: A subject-specific exam assessing proficiency in Hindi language and literature.
  
• Proficiency Test: Tests for proficiency in MS Office and academic planning tools.
  
• Reading Test: Conducted through Microsoft Teams.
  
• Leadership & Teaching Demonstration: Candidates will showcase leadership abilities and teaching techniques in a mock classroom setting.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20000.00 - 40000.00 per month
