Position: Airport Ground Staff-Freshers
Location: Cochin Airport India
Contract Details:
Full-time
a leading aviation company that is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing excellent customer service always
- Check-in passengers issue boarding passes and assist with baggage check-in
- Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with boarding and depleting processes.
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment always
- Adhere to company policies and procedures always Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
