Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter - Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards social media and other channels.
Screening Support:
- Review resumes and perform initial screening to match candidates with job requirements.
Coordination:
- Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain candidate records and job postings in the recruitment database.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to the recruitment team.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to develop a deeper understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with documentation reporting and day-to-day recruitment operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
