Job Description
- Lead and mentor the ECLS Pediatric Coordinator and ECMO team.
- Manage ECMO scheduling staffing levels and performance reviews.
- Provide ECMO education training and competency evaluations.
- Assess ECMO circuits troubleshoot issues and recommend safe solutions.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on quality initiatives and process improvements.
- Participate in ECMO case reviews and mortality & morbidity discussions.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with staff patients and families.
- Represent Innovative ECMO Concepts positively in all interactions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and company standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in nursing Respiratory Care or Perfusion Technology (masters preferred).
- Licensure: Active Virginia license (if applicable).
- Experience: 2 years of ECMO experience with in-depth knowledge of extracorporeal life support.
- Skills: Strong leadership problem-solving and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills:
