ECMO Manager
Location: Northern Virginia
Schedule: MondayFriday occasional exceptions
Stats: 120-160 cases per year. Top 10% in the US for volume
Position Overview
The ECLS Manage ensures ECMO program readiness including equipment staffing education and quality initiatives. This is a highly independent role requiring strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills. The manager serves as the primary liaison between us and the hospital ensuring high-quality patient care and team management.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in nursing Respiratory Care or Perfusion Technology (masters preferred).
- Licensure: Active Virginia license (if applicable).
- Experience: 2 years of ECMO experience with in-depth knowledge of extracorporeal life support.
- Skills: Strong leadership problem-solving and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
