We are currently interviewing for a litigation attorney opportunity with a minimum of 3 years of Probate and Trust Litigation and some Commercial Litigation experience for our client an Orlando FL-based business and fiduciary services law firm whose practice focuses on Probate and Trust Litigation Probate and Trust Administration Commercial Litigation Estate and Succession Planning and Corporate Law.

Multiple Bonus Structure:

* Signing bonus commensurate with experience level
* Negotiable relocation bonus.
* Annual base salary ($120000 to $140000) 30% of every dollar billed/collected above three times salary up to $50000 then tiered
* Monthly client origination bonuses
* Structured production bonuses
* Year-end bonus potential

Requirements:

Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
3 years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation
Self-motivated organizational and time management skills
Responsive to clients when they call or email
Timely reporting to clients on the progress of their cases
Accurately timely and ethically recording time for billing
Mastering deadlines
Working to better our firm and your work environment
Technologically confident comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilize available technology
Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite a plus
