We are currently interviewing for a litigation attorney opportunity with a minimum of 3 years of Probate and Trust Litigation and some Commercial Litigation experience for our client an Orlando FL-based business and fiduciary services law firm whose practice focuses on Probate and Trust Litigation Probate and Trust Administration Commercial Litigation Estate and Succession Planning and Corporate Law.Multiple Bonus Structure:* Signing bonus commensurate with experience level* Negotiable relocation bonus.* Annual base salary ($120000 to $140000) 30% of every dollar billed/collected above three times salary up to $50000 then tiered* Monthly client origination bonuses* Structured production bonuses* Year-end bonus potentialBenefits:

Working to better our firm and your work environment
Technologically confident comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilize available technology
Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite a plus
