- Conduct market research on the logistics automation sector in Malaysia.
- Identify promising markets and business segments.
- Generate and identify potential sales leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads based on the companys criteria.
- Provide support to the sales team in pursuing qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives such as exhibitions.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in logistics automation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Background in racking pallet supply 3PL or shipping industries is a plus though not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop solid relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated proactive customer-oriented and team-focused with proven leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- Well-organized systematic and experienced in a process-driven project sales environment.
- Capable of working independently and managing pressure and tight deadlines effectively.
- Open to domestic and international travel on short notice.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial but not required.

Required Skills:
