Your role as Retail Associate:

You will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience drive results and engage operational processes including opening and closing of the studio filing daily weekly and monthly reports. A typical day in this role will involve supporting customers with their shopping needs making recommendations restocking shelves maintaining a tidy store environment and working with the team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate

This role is best suited for a graduate with a keen interest in fashion fashion business sales and visual merchandising must be able to work effectively in a team and with at least a year experience in retail sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience
Plan delegate and follow up on expected tasks assignments and activities while maintaining guests as top priority.
Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations production and studio teams.
Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to meet all customer needs.
Manage and process all transactions accurately and efficiently and achieve sales targets.
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

A Bachelors degree in Business Administration-Marketing and other relevant fields.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
Must be analytical and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
