Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic Odoo Consultant to join our growing ERP & Digital Transformation this role youll collaborate with clients across industries to design configure and deliver Odoo-based solutions that transform how businesses operate. Youll work side by side with clients and colleaguesbridging business needs and technologyto unlock efficiency agility and growth.

Engage with clients to understand business processes challenges and transformation goals.
Design and configure Odoo solutions that address finance supply chain CRM HR or other business domains.
Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
Collaborate closely with technical developers functional consultants and client teams to deliver seamless ERP implementations.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation integration and process optimization.
Support business development activities through proposals demos and thought leadership.
Coach and mentor junior consultants fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Requirements

510 years of professional experience with a strong track record in ERP consulting and at least 3 years of hands-on Odoo experience.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Odoo implementations (functional configuration testing training and support).
Strong understanding of business processes across finance supply chain sales or HR.
Experience working in a consulting environment ideally within a Big 4 or top-tier consultancy.
Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills able to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (Dutch and/or French a strong plus).
Odoo certification(s).
Experience with system integration data migration and customization projects.
Exposure to broader ERP landscapes and digital transformation programs.
Interest in emerging technologies (AI automation cloud) and their role in ERP evolution.
