Work alongside 3 physicians & an experienced APP team. Clinical responsibilities involve a full scope of outpatient adult & geriatric services. Office based procedures encouraged & supported plus enjoy a loyal referral system. Share call 1:4 (only by phone). Compensation includes generous salary incentives relo/vaca/CME retirement benefits malpractice sign-on bonus & may include student loan assistance. Servicing over 200K residents this part of NW Indiana provides a variety of recreational activities from youth basketball camps to triathlons a historic downtown featuring street-side cafes antique & specialty shops outdoor concerts & award-winning theatres & dynamic museums.
