Job Summary
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects workflows reports and dashboards.
Lead workshops training sessions and user adoption programs.
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
Ensure Salesforce best practices security standards and governance are followed.
Manage project timelines deliverables and quality assurance.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases new features and industry trends.
Requirements
3 years as a Salesforce Consultant Administrator or similar role.
Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications required; Platform App Builder or other certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and related products.
Experience with Apex Visualforce and Lightning components is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Brussels with occasional client visits.

Required Skills:
Client facing experience; ideally from a consulting background Experience in one or more LMS or HR technology solutions for example SAP HCM/Successfactors Cornerstone OnDemand Taleo Learn etc.; excellent communications; Masters Degree; Fluent French or Dutch AND English.
