As a Junior Salesforce Developer youll help design build and customize Salesforce applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside senior developers and business stakeholders youll gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecyclefrom gathering requirements to delivering scalable high-quality solutions.

Work with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Build Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Lightning App Builder Process Builder and Flow
Customize functionality with Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Help integrate third-party apps plugins and APIs into the Salesforce ecosystem
Conduct unit tests support system testing and troubleshoot issues
Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for performance and quality improvements
Assist with deploying Salesforce solutions to production
Stay up to date with new Salesforce features tools and best practices
Contribute to technical documentation user guides and training materials
Collaborate closely with project managers business analysts and QA teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality work

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Familiarity with Salesforce tools (Lightning App Builder Process Builder Flow) and programming (Apex Visualforce)
Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
Eagerness to learn and keep up with the latest Salesforce innovations
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder Administrator) are a bonus but not required
