Griffith College Irelands largest private third level college seeks to recruit a motivated organised sales and admissions supervisor for their marketing admissions team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding administrative and operational skills and a keen eye for detail who is looking for increased responsibility and the opportunity to excel in a busy admissions department.


An effective efficient and optimised sales and admissions process is vital to maximising learner numbers on the Colleges programmes. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of administrative and reporting activity. Reporting to the sales & marketing manager the successful candidate will have individual responsibility supporting marketing officers processing student applications for the national admissions office.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Officers in contacting all live applicants on a weekly basis primarily by phone but also by email and other channels across the colleges 200 programmes;
  • Generate daily and weekly operational and management reports to track the pipeline of applications.
  • Follow up on all CAO and direct applicant enquiry phone calls;
  • Motivate guide and support Marketing Officers during peak intake periods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilise the Colleges Scholar database and HubSpot CRM platform to follow up on missing documents from applicants;
  • Ownership of the creation and management of student admissions files;
  • Oversee CAO communications including assistance with printed material (fee sheets information packs etc.);
  • Coordinate and track the distribution of induction invitations for the national market maintaining precision in data handling and follow-up.
  • Generating offer letters and follow-up for acceptance reply forms;
  • Maintain weekly reports regarding the applications for each faculty;
  • Assist with campus tours for new applicants;
  • Ownership of the main admissions email ensuring all emails are cleared and responded to within 24 hours.
  • Manage the CAO communications calendar and databases with attention to detail highlighting key dates and proactively notifying Marketing Officers.
  • Assisting at Open Days Higher Options Graduation and other key department and campus events.
  • Any other business as required by the sales manager.



    Minimum Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • Strong administration sales and communication skills
  • Minimum 1.5 years sales administration experience ideally in a busy team environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
  • 3rd level degree qualification
  • Knowledge/experience with a CRM system (especially HubSpot) desirable
  • Experience of reporting tools such as PowerBi is desirable
