As a member of a Journey youll be responsible for understanding and serving our customers needs and experiences within the end-to-end customer life cycle. You will continuously contribute to building innovative products and services that exceed customers expectations.
Job Details
Under NEW a Product refers to a business or technology-enabled feature service or offering that creates value for the customer. Customer can be seen as both external TD customer and/or internal customer as in the business line which the Journey Specialistyou will primarilyberesponsiblefordelivering on prioritized initiatives within your Product Group.
To provide that support you willalign with the Pods Product Owner andProduct Groups Owner to follow a product vision. You willprovide user story designs oversee development and completion of those designs create and maintain a prioritized product backlogandmanagedelivery blockers. Youll alsocontinuously assess customer feedbackbytaking the pulse of the marketdrivinginnovationand collaborating with stakeholders.
As aJourney Specialist youwillactivelyconsider how to maximize value assess how the product or the delivery process can be continuously improved contribute to a positive work environment and ensure that the work embodies the Agile principles of transparency collaboration and engagement.
