An exciting new opportunity for aProject Control Supervisorwithin the King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD)has just arrived!This is a newpositionand you will partner with two peerstohelp lead the Process Control workgroupat the treatment plants.

About the Role:

This role willhelpthe entire Process Control workgroup butwill have a primary focuson the Brightwater treatment plant the Carnation treatment plant as well as the conveyance pump stations on the east side of Lake Washington. The role will have supervisory responsibilities fortechnicalstaff involved in the engineering and analysis of the process control function for wastewater treatment plants.The position willinterface withindividual contributors up to members of the division leadership teamand will playan important rolein influencingthestrategy and the futurecapital developmentinvestmentsof our utility.

Beyond the core wastewaterprocess controlwork this leader will helpdirect ouron-site compliance efforts with environmental regulationsand help build outa workforceand systemsto support these compliance requirements (e.g. Industrial Stormwater Hazardous Waste Underground Storage Tanks Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know etc.)
