You will work with Regional/Global colleagues and peers across Operational Procurement to promote best practice support regional projects and collaboratively resolve issues to satisfactory resolution. You will lead complex procurement activities to achieve cost-effective of goods and services with annual spend $50 million. You will report directly to Procurement Indirect Operation Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the Gatekeeper of Procurement Policy and Process Guide supplier contract compliance.
Support the SAP S/4HANA and ePro launch by managing tail spend activities and monitoring performance metrics to ensure successful implementation.
You will balance the diverse needs of multiple internal departments while maintaining clear and effective communication.
Leading complex procurement activities to achieve cost-effective of goods and services.
Mitigate business risks by enforcing internal controls and supporting Internal and External audits.
Responsibilities are not limited to those outlined and may include additional ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Finance or a related field.
7 or more years of manufacturing experience in procurement supply chain or a related field with a focus on indirect spend categories.
Proficiency with information systems and ERP software such as Oracle SAP
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understand ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
