As part of our dynamic Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team youll work with cutting-edge tools like Literas Foundation platform and AI solutions to support pitches proposals and strategic initiatives. Youll collaborate across teams contribute to continuous improvement and play a key role in enhancing our global client experience.
What Youll Do:
Act as a subject matter expert on our experience management system
Support business development teams with credentials and content
Deliver technical support and conduct complex experience searches
Leverage AI tools to streamline data capture and reporting
Monitor system usage and contribute to process improvements
Build strong relationships across MBD legal and knowledge teams
What Youll Bring:
Experience in legal/business research within professional services
Strong analytical communication and organisational skills
Confidence working independently and collaboratively
High IT literacy including Microsoft 365 and data management tools
Bonus: Familiarity with Litera Foundation Power BI SharePoint or AI tools
