Senior Research & Data Executive (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Are you passionate about legal research data quality and driving innovation through experience management Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help shape how we capture and leverage our global credentials and matter knowledge.

As part of our dynamic Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team youll work with cutting-edge tools like Literas Foundation platform and AI solutions to support pitches proposals and strategic initiatives. Youll collaborate across teams contribute to continuous improvement and play a key role in enhancing our global client experience.

What Youll Do:

• Act as a subject matter expert on our experience management system

• Support business development teams with credentials and content

• Deliver technical support and conduct complex experience searches

• Leverage AI tools to streamline data capture and reporting

• Monitor system usage and contribute to process improvements

• Build strong relationships across MBD legal and knowledge teams

What Youll Bring:

• Experience in legal/business research within professional services

• Strong analytical communication and organisational skills

• Confidence working independently and collaboratively

• High IT literacy including Microsoft 365 and data management tools

• Bonus: Familiarity with Litera Foundation Power BI SharePoint or AI tools
