Senior Lettings Manager / Valuer - Harrogate - 35000pa 50000pa OTE
A rare opportunity now presents itself to join this established Lettings Agency as a Senior Lettings Manager / Valuer based in the Harrogate office.
The Reward
- Up to 35000pa Depending on Experience
- Uncapped Commissions with a Reaslistic 50000pa OTE
- Pension

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- 1 Saturday in Every 4
The Role
- Manage the lettings process for the portfolio in the Harrogate office
- Conduct all Market Appraisals for the branch winning the instruction and bringing new property to the market
- Manage and motivate a team of experienced property professionals including Property Managers and Negotiators
- Have a particular focus on new business generation with the aim of expanding the managed property portfolio
The Person
- Must be an experienced Lettings professional with a proven track record of Market Appraisals winning new instructions and business growth through new business generation techniques
- Be fully up to date with current legislation surrounding residential lettings
- Possess an excellent knowledge of the Harrogate area and its property market
- Must hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
