Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our Transformation & Performance Team. AsSpecialist Planning & Performance you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of SHMs Strategy 2030 by driving performance monitoring strategic planning and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Youll work collaboratively across SHM to ensure our business planning and performance frameworks are responsive data-driven and aligned with our mission to serve more people and more communities.
- Experience in strategic planning performance reporting and project management.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Familiarity with transformation methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Were looking for someone with
- Monitor and report on Strategy 2030 projects ensuring alignment with scope budget and timelines.
- Maintain and evolve SHMs Planning & Performance Framework tools and guidelines.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and track strategic KPIs and contribute to meaningful reporting.
- Prepare high-quality reports using internal and external data sources to inform service improvement.
- Support quarterly business reviews and contribute to strategic planning implementation.
- Undertake project management research and policy development to support organisational goals.
- Promote a culture of innovation accountability and excellence across SHM.
- $52.54 - $54.92 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
