Job Summary

Curant Health is searching for Office Operations Administrator/Coordinator to join its team in Smyrna GA.

This position oversees general office operations and provides regular reporting to the management. This position manages filing systems office supplies and keeps inventory of orders. This role oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues. This position works with the Human Resources team to onboard new hires and plan in-house events and off-site activities. Furthermore this role oversees guest experience in-person customer service sorts mail and answers direct phone calls.

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for facility concerns raised by employees.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the office or HR staff at any other site location(s).
  • Plan coordinate and oversee remodeling renovation and construction projects; serve as liaison with contractors architects inspectors and vendors.

  • Manage space planning initiatives to accommodate company growth and operational needs.

  • Conduct and support internal audits for Shipping Dept. Patient Engagement metrics Customer Relationship Platform Pharmacy Department and any other areas as assigned.
  • Validate negotiate and approve invoices for payment.
  • Create distribute and analyze patient provider and NPS surveys using Qualtrics.
  • Present and report survey results quarterly to management and the Quality Assurance Committee.
  • Schedule BURs for leadership and management teams. Coordinate leadership team and owner meetings.
  • Arrange logistics food and beverage for off-site meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of related experience preferably in Healthcare.

  • Must be very organized with strong analytical skills and project management experience required.

  • Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills including report writing ability.

  • Associates or higher degree in business administration business management health care

  • administration or accounting or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience.

  • Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside of the company.
