Analyst I Provider Credentialing (QC Analyst)
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Analyst with a background in healthcare or health plan compliance monitoring and auditing.
This fully remote role offers the opportunity to support credentialing compliance programs auditing data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Youll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliverables for payer and regulatory requirements.
Whats in it for you
- $28 $32 per hour (W2 contract)
- 6 month contract with potential extension
- Fully remote position work from anywhere in the U.S.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Assist in preparing deliverables for payer and internal audit requests
- Support credentialing tasks and compliance activities as needed
- Conduct monitoring and audits to evaluate compliance with credentialing and payer requirements
- Collect and analyze data identify trends and provide process improvement recommendations
- Perform scheduled and random credentialing file audits
- Review risk assessments and participate in ongoing monitoring and annual program evaluations
- Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
What Youll Need:
- 3 years healthcare or health plan experience in credentialing compliance auditing or quality assurance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams) ability to create spreadsheets analyze data and identify trends
- Bachelors degree required
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MDStaff preferred
