Job Summary

To support our commercial order processing in order management / CSOF in Itzehoe we are looking for a committed person for a limited period of 18 months at our location in Itzehoe.

Clerk (m/f/d) for commercial order

processing export

Your tasks:

Export processing of pumps systems accessories and spare parts including preparation of customs documents
Organization of domestic and foreign transports of materials for all shipping operations including partial accompaniment/coordination of packaging acceptances
Creating sales orders in SAP and creating order confirmations
Invoicing and settlement of orders in SAP
Application for bank guarantees and guarantees for international business if needed

Your Profile:

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade merchant) or comparable
Several years of relevant professional experience in the processing of export orders desirable
High quality awareness commitment and flexibility
Independent and team-oriented work
Good MS Office and SAP skills required
Very good English
