Work Skills Corporation is seeking a passionate and flexible Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our multidisciplinary clinic serving both children and adults. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist youll help implement individualized treatment plans and empower clients to thrive in their daily livesat home school work and in the community. What Youll Do- Deliver occupational therapy interventions focused on fine/gross motor skills sensory integration self-care executive functioning and adaptive skills.
- Work with both pediatric and adult clients tailoring care to their developmental and functional needs.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and client progress in compliance with standards.
- Share clinical insights with the supervising OT to support ongoing treatment planning.
- Collaborate with speech therapists behavior analysts and other professionals for holistic care.
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support therapy goals at home and in daily routines.
- Maintain a clean safe and supportive therapy environment.
- Participate in team meetings trainings and professional development.
- Support administrative tasks and pitch in across departments as neededbecause we all wear many hats!
What Youll Need- Associates Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- NBCOT certification.
- Current state licensure.
- Experience with both pediatric and adult populations preferredbut a willingness to serve a mixed caseload is essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible creative and client-focused mindset.
Work Environment & Schedule- Outpatient clinic setting with a multidisciplinary team.
- Opportunities to work with diverse age groups.
- Full-time 40 hours a week with NO overtime or weekends.
