Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with a condo association and will be skilled in balancing property operations resident relations and financial support.Responsibilities:- Assist with daily property operations and administration
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Support leasing activities including processing applications renewals and move-in/move-out coordination
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable including invoice processing resident payments and account reconciliation
- Assist with vendor management and service coordination
- Support compliance with condo association rules regulations and reporting requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and correspondence
Qualifications:- Prior experience working for a condo association is required
- Property management experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Suite
