Job Description The Department of Theatre and Cinema welcomes applications for several adjunct teaching. Positions may be needed for face-to-face teaching of Theatre Appreciation or Introduction to World Cinema and other courses based on individual experience and future needs. |
Required Qualifications All faculty must have at least a Masters degree in the field/discipline in which they are teaching with 18 hours of coursework related to the course(s) being some cases subject to the approval by the Provost a faculty member could be recommended for appointment based on the substitution of experience for the degree. |
Preferred Qualifications: Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level. Prior professional experience in any of the traditional fields of theatre or cinema. |
Special Instructions to Applicants Applicants must submit an unofficial copy of their transcripts of post-secondary courses with the application. If the applicants official transcripts are on file in the Office of the Provost a statement indicating such must be submitted in lieu of the documents with the application. Official transcripts of all post-secondary coursework will be required upon selection for hire. |
