What youll do:
- Provide expert adviceto service technicians and retail customers on parts inquiries.
- Process parts ordersefficiently and accurately from initial request to delivery or pickup.
- Manage inventory including pulling parts from stock and updating the system to reflect current levels.
- Handle phone inquirieswith professionalism answering questions and taking orders.
- Collaborate with the service departmentto ensure a timely turnaround for warranty and customer-pay jobs.
- Maintain an organized and clean parts department with a focus on a safe working environment.
