For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 years of professional experience working with RPA and Automation Anywhere;
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end automation projects - requirements gathering with business stakeholders technical and solution design documentation; MVP and release planning secure scalable resilient and traceable development; collaborative development in multi-developer projects;
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere - bot development and deployment control Room administration: user and role management bot runners device pools schedules credentials lockers; code quality policies triggers APIs (Control Room and external systems); process Composer Automation Co-Pilot Document Automation; integration with SAP;
- Experience with platform support - experience supporting and developing on or willingness to learn and support it; familiarity with federated models involving citizen developers;
- Experience working with and mentoring developers;
- Ability to train guide and support junior developers and business users;
- Comfortable conducting UATs code reviews and documentation reviews;
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Experience with documentation and governance - maintains comprehensive documentation (process design solution design technical design deployment scripts testing scripts release notes change logs; knowledge base articles logging record and code comments; ensure compliance with automation best practices and governance standards);
- Experience working in Agile environments;
- Proficient with Jira for backlog management and documentation
- Able to act as Scrum Master when needed;
- Holder of Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional and Certified Scrum Master;
- Fluency in English (C1 Level);
- Availability to work in a hybrid regime - 1x/week - in Saldanha (Lisbon).
