Job Summary
We are hiring Assistant Sales Managers (ASM) for our Banca Channel team at Aditya Birla Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through bank branches building strong relationships with bank staff and achieving sales targets for health insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Aditya Birla Health Insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular product training and support for bank employees to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets through new customer acquisition and cross-selling.
Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
Ensure adherence to company policies compliance norms and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and share regular sales reports with the branch and internal team.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1 – 4 years of experience in sales (preferably in health insurance life insurance BFSI or banca channel).
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work with targets and deliver consistent results.
Willingness to travel to multiple branch locations as required.
