Job Description
Job Title: Personal Assistant cum Telecaller
Location: Ambawadi Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday
Salary/Budget: 8000 – 12000 per month
Gender Preference: Female
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day personal assistance tasks efficiently.
Make data-based calls to clients and prospective customers.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Send invitations and follow up with clients/customers.
Maintain proper records of calls appointments and client interactions.
Ensure professional and polite communication at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi/English – specify if required.
Proficiency in handling calls and managing data for client outreach.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Prior experience in telecalling or personal assistance is preferred.
