Software Test Support, Design Technologies

A Device Associates primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies.
Role & Responsibility
1. Follow SOP/ predefined test cases and execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on the mobile platform
2. Raise defects for all failures observed and track doubts related to the execution of test instructions through pre-defined mechanisms
3. Provide individual status reports
4. Responsible for security and maintenance of the company assets accessories and devices allocated to perform your daily operations
5. Use standard tools for data capture
6. Abide by the regulatory processes defined for ensuring process compliance confidentiality and security
7. Contribute to process improvement ideas


Key job responsibilities
A Device Associates primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies. A DA is also responsible for successful and on time delivery of results.
Role & Responsibility
Execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on the Different OS platform and Different browsers.
Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds / releases.
Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality
Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis
Be comfortable with capturing results communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports
Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLAs

Currently DT team provides scalable services and software systems serving thousands of users across multiple businesses across Amazon and outside of Amazon.

Our vision is to enrich and scale platforms tools and services for existing customers and expand beyond product development teams to meet the needs of different business units and eliminate startup latency.

- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
- Ability to develop test Automation
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language like Python Bash or Javascript
- Good English reading and writing

- Bachelors degree
- Oral English communication skills
- Ability to create good test plans and test strategy
- Knowledge on using GenAI tools to automate tasks
