Job Description
Our commitment is to deliver well-designed high-performing residential solutions that combine functional precision technical expertise and inspiring aestheticsall while maintaining a strong focus on value. We are currently looking to grow our team with a Production Assistant.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Perform all carpentry and labor tasks necessary to the successful completion of the project.
- Support all Project Managers and Carpentry staff as needed.
- Ensure the site is consistently clean orderly safe for all interactions and secure from unauthorized access and weather impacts minimizing disruption to the client
- Assist with material runs site maintenance/housekeeping and building inspections.
- Facilitate subcontractor site work and coordinate site services such as rubbish collection portable toilets and cranes.
- Represent the company positively during client interactions and monitor client satisfaction.

- A strong interest in the design-build construction trade with a willingness to learn and grow into a full-time carpenter role.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage time efficiently.
